I need to make a plug for Chadds Ford Complete. I thought my grinder pump in my basement had failed and I was up against a 5k job to put a new one in. Ken sent his plumber by to take a look at my problem and we discovered it was a simple fix and that I DID NOT need to put this new pump in. This really is a rare and amazing quality in a company. There is no greater compliment you can give than to honestly say a company has integrity. It's a rare quality these days and it goes so far. so quess what, when my next plumbing or HVAC job comes up, guess who I'm calling first!?
A side note, Ken and his team installed 4 Mitsubishi mini splits at my home and I was totally happy with that as well. They work great and it was a quick and clean install job
